Job Title: Business System Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)

Duration: 06-12 Months

Hourly Pay Rate: 50 CAD/hr.

: We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst with a strong understanding of the Retail Investment domain and extensive experience in business analysis. The role requires working in an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Robust understanding of Retail Investment domain
- Strong knowledge and experience in business analysis
- Experience in Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Additional certifications in business analysis
- Experience with RBC systems and processes
- Knowledge of Canadian financial regulations

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough business analysis and document requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
