- Technical background with experience in supporting API Analysis.
- Proven ability to work independently as a Business Systems Analyst or System Analyst.
- Experience and comfort level acting as a subject matter expert and consultant.
- Experience with Agile Methodology.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with Credit Banking applications.
- Experience with Business Banking applications.
- Additional technical certifications or training.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
