- Expertise in ensuring solutions align with strategic goals and meet defined business requirements.

- Experience in automation initiatives across insurance operations.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms like Appian.
- Strong focus on improving efficiency, quality, and customer experience.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
