We are seeking an experienced EUC Lead to manage and lead end-to-end vulnerability remediation operations. This role requires a strong background in vulnerability management and coordination with various technical teams to ensure security compliance and effective remediation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)
- 10+ years of experience in vulnerability remediation and management.
- Proficiency with Client Defender Vulnerability Management and Client Defender XDR.
- Experience with Client Intune and Windows Autopatch Patch.
- Solid knowledge of PowerShell Automation and Endpoint Security.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)
- Experience with Enterprise macOS and Citrix Virtual Apps.
- Familiarity with Security Copilot insights and remediation recommendations.
- Ability to present executive dashboards,
risk reports, and compliance reports.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)
- Lead remediation of Critical, High, and Medium vulnerabilities identified through Client Defender Vulnerability Management.
- Review exposure scores, vulnerability trends, patch compliance, and remediation effectiveness.
- Drive monthly remediation planning and prioritization.
- Manage remediation teams including Defender Analysts, Intune Engineers, Packaging Engineers, and Citrix Engineers.
- Develop remediation strategies for OS, browser, third-party applications, and Citrix environments.
- Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, Application Owners, and Customer stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to patching SLAs and compliance targets.
