Required Skills & Qualifications

- Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience performing work on some aspects of application and systems support
- Comfort level working with applications, systems, and fulfilling tasks that are easy to moderately complex
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with vendors

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Good understanding of ServiceNow
- Operations background
- Experience/Familiarity with Windows
- Ability to enhance knowledge/expertise in relevant services, applications, infrastructure, and analytical tools
- Drive and interest to stay abreast of industry and business trends





Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Provide courteous, effective, and professional operations service to resolve inquiries, problems, and issues promptly
- Ensure change activities are performed on time, minimizing risk to the service/business environment
- Monitor resources to ensure availability associated with business applications and technology
- Identify, resolve, or escalate service delivery issues and/or complaints
- Act as an information source to colleagues, business partners, and clients/customers
