We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing S/4HANA implementation projects and strong functional knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), and R2R (Record-to-Report) processes. This role requires hands-on project leadership, coordination across multiple teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 12 years of experience as a Project Manager handling SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes within SAP.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP implementations in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP best practices, data migration, and integration methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- PMP or SAP certification.
- Robust problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working in an on-site role,



collaborating with teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with change management to drive adoption.
- Knowledge of compliance with best practices, security, and regulatory requirements in implementations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee functional and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure seamless integration of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes within S/4HANA.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, report progress to senior leadership, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Work closely with SAP consultants, system integrators, and internal teams for successful system configuration and deployment.
- Manage data migration, user training, and change management to drive adoption.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring minimal disruptions.
