As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance efforts. This includes developing test strategies, leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers, managing the testing process, and ensuring the final product meets quality and usability standards before release.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in quality assurance and testing processes.
- Proven track record of leading QA teams and projects.
- Robust understanding of test strategy development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to ensure product quality and usability standards.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:





- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Background in IT or software development.
- Experience in a similar role within the tech industry.
