We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in managing cross-location teams and a focus on delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Agile-based project delivery and the ability to lead Agile ceremonies and team meetings effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing cross-location teams.
- Proven ability to plan work breakdowns and resource allocation across teams.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and leading Agile ceremonies such as Backlog Readiness, Backlog Refinement, SCRUMs, and Retrospectives.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with development leads and business stakeholders.
- Experience with JIRA for logging and organizing tasks, ensuring transparency at both granular and management levels.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in writing effective Confluence knowledge articles.
- Ability to facilitate technical analysis and specification of business requirements.
- Experience in managing issues and delays with effective coordination and communication.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to remove impediments to delivery.
- Familiarity with application platform support.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies and team meetings to communicate delivery milestones.
- Coordinate with development leads and business stakeholders to address and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain and organize JIRA boards for transparency.
- Write and maintain Confluence knowledge articles for team support.
