- Advanced knowledge of Java concepts
- Proficiency in Python for Data Science
- Experience with Cognos Data Integration
- Expertise in Database Technology
- Experience in Oracle Database Administration

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with NetReveal implementation and configuration in banking (Transaction Monitoring, Screening, Case Management)
- Robust SQL skills (Oracle, DB2)
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Java/Scala/Python for extensions and integrations
- Experience with CI/CD tooling
- Working knowledge of Canadian AML reporting (LCTR, EFTR, STR) and scenario threshold tuning

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Own hands-on configuration, development, deployment, and promotion of NetReveal configurations across Transaction Monitoring, Screening,



and Case Management
- Integrate data pipelines, tune scenarios and thresholds, and reduce false positives
- Configure Case Management workflows, queues, roles, and alert triage
- Design and implement Transaction Monitoring scenarios/rules, thresholds, and scorecards
- Build data ingestion and mapping (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Kafka), APIs, and ETL jobs/staging to feed NetReveal
- Administer environments (Linux), CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Nexus), and provide production support and performance tuning
- Document changes and collaborate with Compliance on model validation and reporting touchpoints
