Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide friendly, respectful support
- Must be able to physically lift (ie, pick up client) to be able to transfer from bed to bathroom and to scooter lift and pivot approach
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform physical task of lifting client by pivot method and assisting with mobility
- Customer service and communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients
- Knowledge of basic household chores including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards helping others
