One of Brightisle’s programs, Momentum Developmental Support, began as a residential-care system for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Momentum is currently seeking a Home Manager to join our team,



who is willing to work with our clients and teams in both Corner Brook and Stephenville . In this role, you’ll work alongside a dedicated care team to build and implement supportive living plans that truly make a difference.

You’ll lead and inspire a team of Developmental Support Workers, creating safe, healthy, and therapeutic home environments where residents can thrive. With your hands on, can do approach, you’ll open doors for residents to learn, grow, and achieve their individual goals, while ensuring your team delivers consistent, high-quality, person-centered support. You’ll also play a key leadership role behind the scenes: coaching and supporting your team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and keeping everything running smoothly, from budgeting and documentation to safety and compliance.

Post-secondary education, and knowledge or experience working in the health care or social science industry and a satisfactory Record of Conduct, Vulnerable Sector Check, and valid driver's license is required.
