We’re looking for a reliable painter to join our DryBuild Alberta team on a contract basis. Work includes basements, houses, and light commercial projects across Calgary. Not a full-time position — we assign jobs as they come.

Must be able to finish work from start to finish with quality and efficiency. DryBuild Alberta is looking for an experienced Painter who can handle painting projects from prep to final coat. We’re a Calgary-based drywall and finishing company that occasionally needs painters for our basement developments, home renovations, and touch-up jobs.

This isn’t full time employment — it’s ideal for someone who already works in the trade and wants extra jobs on a contract basis. You’ll be paid per project or hourly, depending on the job.



Minimum 2 years of painting experience (residential or basement work).

Drywall repair or knockdown texture skills are a strong asset. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential or commercial painting. Ability to complete full painting projects independently (from prep to cleanup).

Knowledge of materials, tools, and application techniques. Basic drywall repair and taping skills are an asset. Flexible, steady contract work as projects come in.
