We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will ensure a hygienic, welcoming environment by performing cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, with an emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail. Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health standards
- Change linens, empty trash bins, and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Follow established cleaning protocols for commercial or residential properties
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to ensure optimal results
Skills
- Custodial experience or prior housekeeping background is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate loads
- Reliable time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- required class 5 valid driver license
