- Act as the HRIS super-user and administrator
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of HR data
- Conduct audits and implement necessary corrections
- Perform system configurations and updates
- Participate in testing for new releases, enhancements, and updates
- Update the organizational structure and access permissions
- Document processes and practices
- Support users and resolve system-related issues
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards
- Analyze data from various sources
- Produce metrics related to workforce, employee movements, and HR processes
- Ensure data quality and governance
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Translate complex information into clear, accessible language for stakeholders
- Contribute to projects related to pay equity, compensation structure, performance management, learning and skills development, process optimization, HR digital transformation, and employee experience
- Coordinate selected projects, track their progress, and collaborate with various teams Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, industrial relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience
- Experience with an HRIS
- Experience in HR data analysis, systems operations, or HR process support




- Experience developing reports and dashboards
- Experience with Dayforce as an administrator or super-user (an asset)
- Experience managing or coordinating HR projects (an asset)
- Experience with data analysis or visualization tools (an asset)
- Strong aptitude for systems and data
- Qualified proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Advanced proficiency in Excel Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in HRIS administration, data analysis, and reporting, with a strong focus on data quality and governance.
