Zen Residential is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support its multifamily and single-family management operations in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

The ideal candidate will work independently, advising leaders on HR matters while ensuring a consistent employee experience. This vital role encompasses onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and cultural initiatives that drive community-building. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead investigations and manage employee relations professionally
- Support performance evaluations and address employee concerns




- Develop and standardize HR policies and procedures
- Own the onboarding process and full employee lifecycle
- Drive HR technology improvements, including AI integration

Requirements:

- Significant HR generalist experience in a leadership role
- CPHR designation or active pursuit is an asset
- Demonstrated experience in workplace investigations
- Familiar with Alberta Employment Standards compliance
- Proficient in HRIS or payroll systems like Payworks
