Your expertise will enhance workplace efficiency and user experience across Ontario. As a full-time HR Systems Analyst, you'll link business needs with technology solutions, ensuring our HR systems align perfectly with operational requirements.

Your role will include system administration, quality management, and user enablement, directly impacting over five million Ontario workers. This position is temporary, lasting up to seven months, and requires up to five days of in-office work weekly. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business and systems improvement for HR functions
- Administer and support all HR systems effectively




- Lead quality management processes for system testing
- Promote best practices and user training initiatives
- Collaborate with IT and HR for system enhancements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or IT
- Minimum 3 years of HR systems experience required
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM preferred
- Robust knowledge of HR functions and IT best practices
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
