About the Role Reporting as part of the extended HSSE team supporting the LNG Canada Phase 2 Project,



the HSSE Systems & Assurance Advisor is responsible for assessing and enhancing the effectiveness of LNG Canada's HSSE Management System, processes, and materials to ensure alignment with project and organizational requirements. The role identifies opportunities to strengthen the implementation of the HSSE Control Framework, collaborates with the HSSE Systems Lead to develop and execute improvement plans, and works closely with LNG Canada stakeholders and the broader Shell HSSE network to implement effective processes, fit-for-purpose tools, and high-quality HSSE materials. The Advisor serves as the custodian of the Phase 2 HSSE Assurance Strategy and supports the Construction and Fabrication teams by leading, facilitating, and coordinating assurance activities to promote compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
