Join Weyerhaeuser as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting the Grande Prairie manufacturing site. Build relationships with leaders while enhancing HR functions and talent management. This role focuses on partnering with the site leadership team and the Regional HR team.

You will provide coaching, develop solutions for employee relations, and manage talent development. Collaborating closely with the Unit Manager, you’ll work on employee performance and individual development plans while navigating HR-related challenges. Provide coaching and solutions in all HR areas

- Collaborate on diversity and inclusion strategies Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of HR Business Partner experience
- Robust communication and coaching skills
- Ability to travel 25% of the time Leverage your HR expertise to drive excellence at Weyerhaeuser and support the culture of the Grande Prairie mill.
