Salary: $90,000–$120,000 + Annual Bonus (16-20 percent) We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a large industrial manufacturing operation in Thunder Bay. This is a high-impact role for an HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with operations leaders, solving complex workforce challenges, and helping build a protected, accountable, and high-performing organization. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will translate business priorities into practical people strategies across workforce planning, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and performance management.

Strengthen performance management, accountability, and employee development practices.



Ensure compliance with employment standards, human rights, labour legislation, and company policies. Use workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. 3+ years of progressive HR experience in industrial manufacturing.

Strong Microsoft

Office skills;

experience using AI productivity tools is an asset.
