Join Weyerhaeuser as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting the Grande Prairie manufacturing site. Build relationships with leaders while enhancing HR functions and talent management. This role focuses on partnering with the site leadership team and the Regional HR team.

You will provide coaching, develop solutions for employee relations, and manage talent development. Collaborating closely with the Unit Manager, you’ll work on employee performance and individual development plans while navigating HR-related challenges. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of HR Business Partner experience
- Robust communication and coaching skills
- Experience in manufacturing environments preferred
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
