Specsavers in Burnaby, BC is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop and continuously improve learning solutions that build store team capability.
You will own learning content, manage LearnAmp LMS, create dashboards, and collaborate with Retail Operations, HR and Clinical to drive measurable outcomes. This hybrid role requires 3 days in office and 2 days remote per week with a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
