In-House Legal Counsel – Real Estate & Leasing

3 days/week OR full-time

$140K–$165K The Opportunity

Join a well-established, privately owned real estate group with decades of success and a 60+ property portfolio across the GTA and southwestern Ontario.

You’ll step into a hands-on, high-visibility role supporting leasing, tenant matters, and day-to-day legal operations - working closely with ownership in a low-bureaucracy setting!

What you’ll be doing

- Commercial leasing (drafting, renewals, enforcement)
- Landlord-tenant advisory
- Disputes, claims & external counsel coordination
- Acquisitions & general legal support

What they’re looking for

- LL.B./J.D. + LSO member in good standing




- 10+ years’ experience (real estate/leasing ideal)
- Practical, business-minded approach
