Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their food selections, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
- Prepare food items following safety and quality standards, including proper handling and sanitation procedures
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashing out customers and balancing registers at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, adhering to food safety regulations and industry best practices




- Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness throughout your shift

Qualifications

- Previous food preparation or food service experience is highly preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
