We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. This role involves documenting requirements for microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions, creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows, and collaborating with development teams to ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with API design, RESTful services, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).




- Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Insurance business experience.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Support API design discussions and integration requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activities.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks in the solution design.
