Role Descriptions: Design| develop| and maintain data solutions using Client Fabric components including Data Factory| Data Engineering| Data Warehouse| Lakehouse| and Real-Time Analytics.Lead and support data migration initiatives from legacy platforms to Client Fabric.Develop ETL/ELT pipelines| data transformation processes| and integration solutions.Perform data validation| reconciliation| and quality assurance activities during migration and implementation projects.Conduct performance testing| tuning| and optimization of data pipelines| datasets| and reporting solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders| data architects| and analytics teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Implement best practices for data governance| security| monitoring| and performance management.Troubleshoot and resolve data processing| integration| and reporting issues.Prepare technical documentation| migration strategies| and deployment plans.

Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in Data Engineering| Data Warehousing| or Business Intelligence.Hands-on experience with Client Fabric and its core services.Proven experience in data migration projects| including assessment| planning| execution| and validation.Solid expertise in ETL/ELT development| data integration| and data transformation.Experience with Performance Testing| Performance Tuning| and Data Validation methodologies.Strong SQL and database development skills.Experience working with large-scale datasets and enterprise data platforms.Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts| dimensional modeling| and data architecture.Excellent analytical| troubleshooting| and communication skills.Good to Have:Experience with Power BI development| dashboards| and semantic models.Knowledge of SAP Business Objects (BO) reporting and migrations.Experience working with Sybase databases.Exposure to Tableau reporting and analytics platforms.Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory| Synapse Analytics| Azure SQL).Knowledge of CI/CD| DevOps| and data governance frameworks.Preferred Qualifications:Client Fabric| Azure Data Engineering| or Power BI certifications.Experience in enterprise data modernization and cloud transformation programs.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
