We are looking for an individual to join Brandon Bearing's inside sales team! The position consists of identifying and gathering the customer's products, building relationships with customers through exemplary customer service and working as part of a team to maintain a store front. For the right candidate there will be chance for growth as you gain valued experience in the industry.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM. Shift also includes a Saturday 8:30AM-12:00PM shift approximately once every four weeks during peak seasons.

Responsibilities:

- Selling parts to customers and builds customer relationships by correctly identifying parts needed, taking orders, and creating invoices and collecting payment.
- Stocks shelves and reports stock levels. Maintains counter and store area and may assist in putting up displays. Participates in annual parts inventories, clean-up and preparation work.
- Sources parts for customers by phoning suppliers. Seeks technical information regarding new & current products and orders merchandise within established limits.
- Accepts returned goods from customers for a credit
- Helping out in other departments as needed





Ideal qualifications:

- Industrial or Agricultural parts experience is preferred to aid in the development of the ability to identify parts
- Front line sales and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, organized, team player. Must be willing to learn!
- Basic computer skills with ability to learn in-house Point-of-Sale system
- Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
- Employees are required to have steel toed shoes / boots
