Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Okotoks, AB.

The Inside Sales

Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to email inquiries, and prepare quotes for homeowners. Daily activities include qualifying leads, providing product information, recommending suitable railing solutions, and following up to convert opportunities into confirmed orders. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with installation and operations teams,



and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact through project completion.

The Inside Sales

Representative will also assist with account management tasks, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Inside Sales skills, including managing inquiries, preparing quotes, and closing sales.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Lead Generation abilities to identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities.
- Account Management skills to oversee ongoing client needs and project follow-up.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clear and professional phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to work on-site in Okotoks, AB, in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Previous experience in construction, building materials, or a related industry is an asset.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks concurrently.
