**Role Description This contract Insurance Broker role is a hybrid position based in Canada, combining in-person client meetings with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients’ insurance and financial needs, recommending suitable insurance and retirement products, and developing personalized strategies that support long-term financial security.

The Insurance

Broker will build and maintain client relationships, provide ongoing customer service, and educate families on options for reducing debt and protecting wealth. The role also involves prospecting new clients, staying current on insurance and financial regulations, and collaborating with the Experior Financial team to ensure compliance and best practices. Brokers are expected to manage their own schedules, operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, and uphold high ethical standards in all client inte ractions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance products.
- Strong understanding of Finance principles and Retirement Planning to support informed client recommendations.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Relevant provincial insurance licensing (or eligibility to obtain) and familiarity with Canadian financial services regulations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and ability to manage a flexible, hybrid schedule effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including comfort with client education and presentations.
- Experience in sales or advisory roles in financial services is an asset.
- Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, clients, and follow-ups.****
