Scotiabank is seeking an Incident Coordinator in Toronto to lead and coordinate resolution of critical incidents affecting IT infrastructure and applications. You will engage technical support teams and provide timely communications to stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
You will work with Major Incident Officers and Incident Managers, identify improvement opportunities, and help drive data quality and automation across incident processes in a fast-paced workplace.
