: Our Calgary based client is looking for a Tier-1 Support Specialist to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
- IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.
- Solid understanding of IT service management practices.
- Experience with enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows environments and ticketing system.
- Experience with legal technology/platforms/software is a must.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

- Good Communication.

Proven Experience In : Provide clear guidance and support to end users.Maintain professional and client-focused communication.Resolve common IT problems or elevate as required.
