Job Type: Permanent, Full time. We are looking for a dynamic leader and exceptional coach to join our growing team.

Responsibilities - Training and supervising staff.

- Managing labour costs.
- Overseeing maintenance of decor and equipment.
- Creating lasting relationships with guests.
- Promoting the location to increase sales and profitability.
- Aligning with our community focus and family values.
- Showcasing a strong moral compass at all times.

Required Skills & Experience - 2-3 years as a Manager in the restaurant industry.

- 5+ years cumulative experience in the restaurant industry.
- Proven leadership and exceptional customer service skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
