Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Java / J2EE Developer with expertise in Microservices architecture to join our dynamic development team. This role is ideal for a candidate with solid core Java skills, multithreading experience, and a solid understanding of data structures. You will work on designing, developing, and implementing scalable microservices, contributing to high-impact projects with cutting-edge technologies in a cooperative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Microservices: Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices solutions using Java / J2EE technologies to support our applications.

Core Java Development: Utilize core Java skills, including object-oriented programming, collections, and exception handling, to develop high-quality software solutions.

Multithreading and Concurrency: Implement multithreading in applications to improve performance and responsiveness, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Data Structures and Algorithms: Apply advanced data structures and algorithms to solve complex problems and improve software efficiency.

System Design and Architecture: Collaborate with the architecture team to design robust, flexible, and scalable microservices-based systems.

API Development: Develop RESTful APIs to enable integration with other systems and ensure smooth communication across services.

Code Quality and Performance Optimization: Follow best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and performance optimization techniques.

Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and debugging to ensure software quality and functionality.





Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, QA, and DevOps, to ensure seamless project delivery. Document technical requirements and designs as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Core Java / J2EE Expertise: 5+ years of experience with strong skills in core Java, multithreading, collections, exception handling, and J2EE frameworks.

Microservices Architecture: Proven experience designing and implementing microservices using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.

Multithreading and Concurrency: Proficiency in implementing multithreading in complex applications to optimize performance.

Data Structures and Algorithms: Robust knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and their application in real-world problem-solving.

RESTful API Development: Hands-on experience with RESTful web services and API development.

Spring Framework: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other Spring frameworks.

Database Skills: Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) and working knowledge of NoSQL databases.

Deployment and CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment practices in cloud environments.

Problem-Solving Skills: Robust analytical skills with a knack for finding efficient solutions to complex problems.

Bachelor's Degree: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Cloud Services: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Exposure to DevOps Practices: Understanding of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, and containerization.

Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project
