Christine Jewellers is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team in Richmond.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has an interest in jewellery and watches, and is comfortable working in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner
- Help customers select jewellery and watches based on their needs and preferences
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Process sales transactions and operate the POS system
- Assist with product displays, inventory, and general store organization
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, pickups, and product inquiries when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Work closely with other team members to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written English is required
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are a strong asset due to our diverse customer base




- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred
- Jewellery or watch experience is an asset, but not required
- Friendly, responsible, patient, and comfortable communicating with customers
- Willing to learn about jewellery, watches, and our products
- Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends, is preferred

We are looking for someone who is approachable, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping customers. Product knowledge and training can be provided, so previous jewellery experience is not necessary for the right candidate.
