Engage and inspire Jewish teens as a Program Coordinator with NCSY Canada. Create impactful programming experiences that foster solid Jewish identities and community connections. This role will run from September 2026 through June 2027, focusing on relationship-building and successful program execution. Your efforts will not only strengthen connections but broaden the outreach of NCSY, enhancing community impact across the Greater Toronto Area. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop authentic relationships with teens from various backgrounds
- Create welcoming environments and mentor youth
- Support the planning and running of clubs, retreats, and events
- Play an active role in program facilitation and engagement
- Monitor and assess program participation and feedback Requirements:
- Passionate about promoting Jewish education and youth engagement
- Strong relationship-building and mentoring skills
- Well-organized and adaptable to changes
- Open to evening and weekend commitments
- Experience teaching or working in educational settings preferred Empower Jewish teens through engaging experiences with NCSY Canada.
