Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Journeyperson role located in Nisku, AB. The Journeyperson will be responsible for tasks such as maintaining and repairing equipment, conducting inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring the proper functioning and safety of vehicles and machinery.



Additional duties include collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency and adhering to industry safety standards and company protocols.

Qualifications

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy equipment
- Experience in conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Proficiency in analyzing technical documentation, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications or licensure as a Journeyperson; a valid driver’s license is required
- Previous experience in heavy haul equipment or transportation industries is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various challenges
