Partnertising helps consumer brands acquire customers at scale through performance marketing, charging a fixed cost per customer acquired. As our Junior Affiliate Manager, you’ll work alongside experienced managers to find new partners, analyze campaigns, and keep affiliate accounts running smoothly. Expect hands-on responsibility, direct exposure to the business, and opportunities to grow into a full affiliate management role.

What you’ll do

- Research prospective affiliate partners, run outreach, and maintain the CRM pipeline.
- Analyze campaign reports to spot trends, growth opportunities, and traffic-quality issues.
- Support affiliate onboarding, tracking setup, creative delivery, and daily communications.
- Learn campaign strategy, optimization, and negotiation alongside senior managers.

What you’ll bring





- 0–2 years of experience; new graduates welcome.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, including comfort with spreadsheets.
- Initiative, curiosity, and a habit of keeping others updated without being asked.
- Daily experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini thoughtfully.
- A drive to learn quickly and build a career in affiliate marketing.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English

Exposure to digital advertising, e-commerce, affiliate platforms, or CRM tools is a plus. What’s in it for you
