As a Junior Branch Manager at SIXT, you will develop your team members while ensuring that we are providing a first-class customer service experience.

Look forward to outstanding development opportunities with a base salary of $55,000 plus an annual bonus incentive capped at $30,000 You lead the team to ensure that daily responsibilities and assigned tasks are complete and maintained at performance standard levels You exert robust team building skills through goal setting, motivation, and follow-up to reach those goals, while improving the team and facilitating communication among its members You document general reports on each team member's performance and targets, ensuring that they exceed expectations, and perform other job-related duties as assigned Experience and Education You have a minimum of 1–2 years of work experience in sales and customer service, along with strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes the ability to communicate in other languages is a plus Organization and Customer Service You have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task,
