Junior Craft Recruiter Golderado Contracting Corporation ("Golderado") supplies skilled labour for construction projects across Canada, primarily in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, supporting clients such as PME Inc., Silverado Site Services, and EllisDon Industrial. Based on a 40-hour week, Monday-Friday, with overtime as required. Health benefits, RRSP, pension plan and vacation offered.
Pre-Screen and organize applicants in our tracking system. Coordinate and register employees into necessary training and re-certifications.
General
Administrative duties that include but may not be limited to; answering the phone, directing email, and onboarding documents. Must have a minimum of 2 years recruiting experience.
Experience in Civil Construction is preferred.
Must have a basic understanding on computer programs, such as Microsoft Excel, and Google drive. Must be willing to work overtime, when necessary.
Proficient
