Enhance STEAM outreach efforts as a Program Administrator for K2I Academy at York University. This role focuses on program logistics, coordination, and collaboration with diverse educational partners. As a Program Administrator, you will be pivotal in supporting K2I’s mission by coordinating program design, delivery, and evaluation.

Your role ensures smooth scheduling, participant registration, and materials management for impactful STEM initiatives targeting underrepresented groups. Engage with educators, schools, and community organizations to create enriching experiences that foster inclusion and diversity in STEM. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate program logistics and scheduling for K2I initiatives
- Manage participant registration and event logistics efficiently




- Procure STEM/STEAM resources and track program budgets
- Maintain complex registration databases and processes
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for program success

Requirements:

- University degree in science, engineering, or math
- Two years' recent experience in STEM/STEAM programming
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools for project management
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory Driver's Abstract required
