This role is responsible for coordinating customer orders, picking and preparing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring shipments are processed efficiently to meet customer delivery requirements. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment,



possess strong organizational skills, and have a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Bills of Lading and shipping documentation from the Shipping Office. Retrieve customer orders and production requirements from the Front Office. Pick and verify the correct parts for customer orders. Notify the Materials Supervisor of inventory discrepancies, shortages, or potential customer delivery concerns.

Scan and verify labels to ensure inventory and shipping accuracy. Review shipping documents to confirm all paperwork matches shipped product. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards and company policies.

Follow all quality, safety, and operational procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Materials Department. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems.

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Basic math skills required for inventory management and order verification. Ability to frequently lift, carry, stack, and move totes, containers, and boxes throughout the shift.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, materials, warehouse, or shipping environment.

Experience with Kanban systems, inventory management, barcode scanning, or ERP systems. Familiarity with IATF 16949 / automotive manufacturing quality systems. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
