YOUR ROLE As a Kitchen Associate,



you'll help deliver the warm and memorable Coldstream experience our guests know and love.Working closely with our kitchen and retail teams, you'll prepare and present delicious, visually appealing food while supporting smooth and efficient service throughout the day. Success in this role requires a positive, team-focused attitude, strong attention to detail, reliability, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
- Prepare the kitchen for efficient daily food service.
- Complete food preparation and station setup.
- Stock ingredients, supplies, and kitchen materials.
- Receive and properly store incoming orders.
- Accurately prepare and cook multiple orders while maintaining timely service.
- Follow Coldstream recipes, portioning, presentation, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
- Monitor inventory and communicate replenishment needs.
- Assist with training team members on recipes, menu items, and kitchen standards.
- Respond to food-related questions from team members.
- Complete dishwashing and general cleaning duties.
- Follow established LEAN/KANBAN processes.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen, retail, and leadership teams to provide an exceptional guest experience

SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS;

- Positive, engaging, and detail-oriented with a robust team mentality.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously develop.
- Food Handler/Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods.
