We are seeking experienced professionals with expertise in UKG Dimensions (Kronos WFD) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have substantial experience in implementation, development, and support projects related to Kronos WFC/WFD applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Business Requirements Document (BRD), high-level design artifacts, and detailed solution designs.
- Validate requirements with product offerings and work with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests.
- Interface with key stakeholders, applying Kronos domain and technical proficiency across different project stages, including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design.
Requirements:
- At least 8+ years of hands-on experience with Kronos WFC/WFD applications.
- Solid experience in UKG Dimensions with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Attendance modules.
- Sound knowledge in various workforce management disciplines including:
- Accruals
- Attendance Tracking
- Compliance Monitoring
- Employee Self Service
- Leave Management
- Overtime Management
- Schedule Optimization
- Work Authorization
- Activity Tracking (idle time, utilization, productivity, and incentive pay)
