We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer / Yard Support team member to assist with daily yard operations, material handling, and support for construction crews. Experience operating a telehandler or similar equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Assist construction crews with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment.
- Operate telehandler, skid steer, and other yard equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe construction yard and warehouse area.
- Move and stage materials such as street light poles, construction packages, conduit, and equipment.
- Perform general labour duties including snow removal, garbage and burn bin maintenance, and overall site cleanup.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming materials and inventory.




- Support warehouse and yard operations to ensure crews are equipped for daily work.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Skills & Abilities

- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and safety conscious.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Qualifications

- Previous labour, yard, warehouse, or construction experience preferred.
- Experience operating a telehandler, skid steer, or similar equipment is considered a strong asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$26.60 per hour
