- Run job sites from layout to cleanup
- Lead and direct a crew of 2 to 5
- Act as the customer's on-site contact
- Ensure jobs stay on schedule and budget
- Train apprentices and enforce safety standards

Requirements:

- Proven leadership in running job sites
- Valid BC driver’s license for towing trailers
- Solid skills in hardscape, concrete, carpentry, and more
- Ability to read plans and execute them
