We're one of the fastest-growing companies on the North Shore, and we're hiring skilled trades people who take the extra ten minutes to get it right — whether that's a reveal on a cedar fence or the coursing on a stone wall.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Frame and finish decks, fences, pergolas, arbours and custom landscape features
- Work in composite and wood — prefab and fully custom
- Build retaining walls, steps, and hardscape elements (concrete, block, natural stone)
- Run formwork for concrete pours and structural bases
- Read plans and blueprints, then build to them
- Solve it on site — plans don't always exist; we want your judgment, not a phone call
- Keep tools sharp and the site clean — safe, organized, tidy

WHAT YOU BRING

Must-haves:
- Proven experience in carpentry, hardscaping, masonry, or a mix — we're looking for skilled builders, not one specific trade
- Solid with measuring, cutting, shaping and assembly
- Comfortable with hand and power tools, and you maintain them
- Solid attention to detail — you notice a crooked picket before the customer does




- Fit enough for full days outdoors in BC weather
- Safety-minded, reliable, and a good teammate

Nice-to-haves:
- Landscape construction background
- Valid BC driver's licence + confident towing 10–14 ft trailers
- Knowledge of wood species and how they hold up outdoors
- Experience with concrete, natural stone, block retaining walls, or masonry
- Red Seal or trade certification (any relevant trade considered)
