What you'll own - Run job sites start to finish — layout, sequencing, quality, cleanup - Lead a crew of 2–5 — direct the work, set the pace, hold the standard - Be the customer's point of contact on site — answer questions, flag changes - Keep jobs on schedule and on budget — materials, hours, waste - Train the next generation — bring apprentices up to your level - Own site safety — daily checks, hazard calls, everyone home safe What you bring Must-haves - 4+ years landscape construction experience - Proven crew leadership — you've run sites, not just worked on them - Valid BC driver's licence + confident towing 10–14 ft trailers - Strong across multiple trades: hardscape, concrete, carpentry, masonry,
