Landscape Technician - Maintenance Assistants

Safety, professionalism, and quality work are always top priorities. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support crews delivering grounds maintenance services across a variety of sites. Maintenance

Assistants work closely with the Foreperson and Lead Hand to ensure maintenance contracts are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Key Requirements - Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing debris, fertilizing, and watering turf areas - Assist with planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and bulbs - Weed, prune, and trim trees, shrubs, and plants - Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently - Operate power equipment including lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning tools, aerators, power rakes, and sod cutters - Move, load, and transport materials using wheelbarrows, carts, dollies, shovels, and manual lifting - Assist with job site setup, organization, and cleanup to maintain a safe and professional work environment - Load and unload materials, tools,
