Details - Location: Dental Choice Career Level: Experienced Dental Administrator/Practice Manager Full time Hours: three daytime shifts and two evening shifts What You’ll Do - Welcome patients with a friendly, professional smile and set the tone for an exceptional visit - Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups with efficiency and care - Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payments accurately - Keep front-desk operations running smoothly throughout the day - Collaborate closely with administrative and clinical team members to support seamless,



high-quality patient care What We’re Looking For - - Minimum of 2 years experience in Dental Administration role and/or Minimum 1 year in Dental Practice Management role - Proficicent with all administrator duties including but not limited to office management, accounts receivable, scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene, submissions forpredeterminations for Invisalign and implants, scheduling staff, managing Periodontist schedule, etc.

- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in training and supervising staff members - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers.
