The congregational governance operates within a membership sanctioned complementarian perspective.
Key Responsibilities Spiritual Leadership - Work alongside current ministry leaders to create intentional pathways for spiritual growth within the church family - Incorporate a variety of discipleship environments, including large group gatherings, small groups, events, and family-based resources - Encourage and equip families to serve beyond the church and engage meaningfully in the broader community Preaching &
• Teaching - Provide consistent, biblically grounded preaching - Lead baptism and membership instruction - Oversee and contribute to ongoing teaching ministries within the church Leadership &
• Administration - Collaborate with the Board of Elders to set ministry direction and overall vision - Collaborate with ministry leaders,
assist in mentorship of volunteers to grow in spiritual gifting - Provide oversight for church staff and volunteers - Coordinate worship services in partnership with worship leaders - Stay informed on trends in family ministry, especially in engaging younger generations - Provide visionary leadership to ministry teams - Represent the church at District forums and local ministerial associations Pastoral Care - Model care, compassion and shepherding in a multi-generational congregation - Help cultivate a culture of care - Create opportunities for connection and community - Participate in pastoral visitation including hospital and long-term care - Engage compassionately with transient individuals - Provide scripturally grounded counsel in real life environments Mission &

Experience - Bachelor’s degree in theology or ministry - Candidates with previous positive pastoral experience preferred - Eligible for licensing with The Alliance Canada - Willing to complete ordination Skills &
