Roadways & Highways team is searching for an engineer with 5–10 years of experience to take ownership of project lifecycles. You will design and manage roadways and bridge projects while mentoring junior staff. This role includes regular interaction with clients and compliance with engineering standards, ensuring high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the design of urban and provincial roadways
- Create designs using Autodesk Civil 3D and Bentley OpenRoads Designer
- Prepare engineering reports and cost estimates
- Manage project completion from planning to contract administration
- Liaise with stakeholders and regulatory bodies Requirements:
- 5–10 years in transportation design, preferably in Canada
- Registration as a P.Eng. (or eligibility)
- Expertise in roadway design standards
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills
